Q: 1. How could I get a free sample?

A: once receive your payment for samples and their express delivery and then send samples to you. The prices of the samples are the same as those on the pricelist.

Express delivery charge depends on the quantity of the samples.

Q: 2. what type of shipment will you use?

A:  We usually ship the products by express delivery to your door or by air freight to your nearest airport. If the order quantity is large, we may ship by sea container.

For ink cartridge and toner cartridge, the best ship way is by sea.

Q: 3.  What is your MOQ?

A:  Our minimum order qty is 1 set each model, but we accept small order as trial order.

Q: 4. What is the defect rate of your cartridges? How long for warranty?

A: the defect rate is below 0.3%,  12 months warranty. It depends on different products.
